Live in Care

Live in care from Jusrade care is a full-time(24hours) home care solution that allows you or your loved one to stay at home in a familiar enviornment supported by trained carer. We will work closely with you to put together a package of care that is personalised to your individual needs.

Jusrade care will use assessments to work out the appropriate care package for our client,we may need to ask you quite a few questions and, also seek to obtain information with your permission from your carer, nurse, doctor or any other specialist who knows about your health and needs.A registered nurse who is the manager will carry out the assessment and all information will be treated confidentially.A risk assessment will also be carried out,if it seems appropriate we may discuss some of the best ways we can assist you in the best possible way.

All of our homecare staff are fully vetted with police checks(DBS),employment references and have undergone extensive practical assessments to ensure they have the relevant skills required for the the delivery of care that is safe, effective, caring and compassionate.

We operate a transparent service that is fair to all stakeholders, client is given the opportunity to review CV's,meet any of the carers which we choose to supply to make sure that you are comfortable and happy to work with them in your home.We conduct regular reviews, provide training and support throughout the duration of our contract to ensure we are providing the best standard of service at all times.

Many clients have ongoing care needs but we also supply carers for short periods, shorter assignments may support clients as they recover after hospital visit or allow an existing carer to take some holiday.
